To provide leadership and support to deliver excellent fire and emergency services throughout the County of San Diego and to serve as a resource of information by providing education and mentoring for members through effective communication that influence issues impacting the fire community in a positive and mutually beneficial manner.
Vision Statement
To provide advocacy and collaborative advancement of the regional emergency profession affecting the fire community through proactive leadership.
Value Statement
To accept diversity and promote regional cooperation between Fire Chiefs, Agencies and Communities within the County by: furthering the cause of fire protection; exploring development of public/private partnerships improving the effectiveness and efficiencies of services provided; maintaining knowledge and involvement with the legislative process by actively promoting interests and concerns; and to embrace standardization through exchange of ideas, while advancing quality of life by improving the health, welfare and safety of the communities of San Diego County.
